Lena is passionate about change and shaping it in a way, that others are motivated and excited for it. She decided to work in a consulting company because she figured: Consultants are only called for complex and critical issues; when companies need help to shape their change topics in a positive way. Now she works as a Senior Consultant and part of the Management team at Poesis Consulting, a small, high quality Management Consulting company in Austria, Vorarlberg.
