Why Personal Branding Matters
In today’s competitive job market, personal branding is a key factor in building meaningful professional opportunities. This second workshop builds on the foundations introduced in the first session, with a stronger focus on practical exercises and self-discovery.
Students will learn how to:
- Revisit the core principles of personal branding through a short recap.
- Explore personal and professional identity to define a clear positioning in the job market.
- Communicate their strengths authentically in networking and professional settings.
Workshop Goals
- Guide students in developing greater self-awareness through structured activities.
- Provide practical tools and frameworks for creating a strong and consistent personal brand.
- Support participants in refining their elevator pitch and professional narrative in preparation for their future career.
- Encourage open discussion and interaction rather than frontal lectures.
This session is open to all students, including those who did not attend the first workshop. Expect an engaging and dynamic environment with conversations, exercises, and peer-to-peer feedback.
Your Facilitator
The workshop will be led by Chiara Naccarato - HR Onsite Specialist in ManpowerGroup & Career Coach.
Target Audience

Important notice for students
Organising and planning an event takes time, commitment and dedication from everyone: those who coordinate, those who participate, the speakers, suppliers and others involved. Behind every event there is work that starts long before the day of the event itself and involves financial, logistical and personnel resources.
For this reason, we ask you to respect the commitment of those working to realise these occasions. If you register for an event but, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to let us know at least 3 days in advance. This will avoid inconvenience and disappointment for those preparing to present or conduct the event.
In addition, for events involving catering or other supplies, the economic aspect must also be considered: costs for food and materials are incurred according to the number of registrations. Last-minute cancellations do not always allow us to adapt without waste.
We therefore invite you to register seriously and, above all, to participate. Should your availability change, please notify us in time.
This way, we can continue to offer you quality events and respect the work of those who contribute to their realisation.
Thank you for your cooperation!
