Why Personal Branding Matters

In today’s competitive job market, personal branding is a key factor in building meaningful professional opportunities. This second workshop builds on the foundations introduced in the first session, with a stronger focus on practical exercises and self-discovery.

Students will learn how to:

  • Revisit the core principles of personal branding through a short recap.
  • Explore personal and professional identity to define a clear positioning in the job market.
  • Communicate their strengths authentically in networking and professional settings.

Workshop Goals

  • Guide students in developing greater self-awareness through structured activities.
  • Provide practical tools and frameworks for creating a strong and consistent personal brand.
  • Support participants in refining their elevator pitch and professional narrative in preparation for their future career.
  • Encourage open discussion and interaction rather than frontal lectures.

This session is open to all students, including those who did not attend the first workshop. Expect an engaging and dynamic environment with conversations, exercises, and peer-to-peer feedback.

Your Facilitator

The workshop will be led by Chiara Naccarato - HR Onsite Specialist in ManpowerGroup & Career Coach.

Target Audience
